What's Happening:
Arrival in Leros
Rendezvous at 11 am at our home island of Leros. We’ll have drinks, show you the ropes – and then head off for our first destination of Vathi, on the island of Kalymnos; a relaxing downwind sail.

Sail to Pandeli Bay
Sail to Pandeli Bay on the east coast of Leros. Nice upwind leg and great tacking practice! Time varies from 3-5 hrs, wind dependent.

Spend the day in Leros
Spend the day in Leros; there’s far too much to see and do to rush away from here too quickly! Bike or hike to the 11th century fortress which overlooks the bay, the charming little church out in the water, or the many coves, beaches and villages around
Sail to Agathonissi
Sail to Agathonissi for a colourful evening at George’s taverna! George is the unofficial harbour master who loves an excuse for a party on an otherwise quiet and isolated island. About 3 hrs sail time.

Explore Marathi Island
Fast (another 2-3hrs) beam reach for Marathi – a perfect, tiny Greek island retreat with little, horseshoe-shaped sandy bay. This place is a magical balm for the stressed-out city-living soul.

Long sail to Samos
Samos is a real contrast from the last two tiny, remote islands, this is quite the upmarket, cosmopolitan island. The harbour is lined with dozens of tavernas along the waterfront; this is the bright lights side of Greece!

Sail to Lipsos
The island of the 42 blue-domed churches. It’s a quiet, very untouristy island. If we’re lucky and conditions are calm, we may be able to visit Aspro Nisi (“White Island”) en route; this a real stunning little island out in the middle of nowhere.
Sail back to Leros
to our home base of Lakki on the western side. Spend the afternoon winding down on the little beach just around the corner! Farewell dinner at Vromolithos – a beautiful beachfront taverna with the most amazing views over the bay.
