Immerse yourself in the heritage and wild seascapes of northern New England and three of Canada's Maritime Provinces on an epic adventure round trip from Boston. You'll enjoy all the highlights of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia, including a Maritime lobster dinner, the Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island, historic Halifax, and much more. Inter-island travel is by delightful ferry. Return to the United States with a "CAT" cruise across the Bay of Fundy to the gorgeous coast of Maine, where you'll enjoy two nights in Bar Harbor and a memorable drive through Acadia National Park.

Day 2: Monday June, 25 (Boston)
Boston–St. Andrews-by-the-Sea
Drive northeast into the wooded countryside of Maine. Remote towns dot the path as you proceed to the easternmost tip of the United States. Cross the Canadian border and arrive in St. Andrews-by-the-Sea. Here, check into the lovely Fairmont Algonquin Hotel, one of the most famous hotels in North America. (B,D)
Day 3: Tuesday June, 26 (Boston)
St. Andrews-by-the-Sea–Moncton
Today, continue your exploration of the Bay of Fundy. Stop briefly in the city of Saint John to see Reversing Falls Rapids. Continue through Fundy National Park to Hopewell Rocks and see the flowerpot rocks created by the clash of continents, carved by melting glaciers, and then sculpted by forty-foot tides. Then travel to the city of Moncton, where French and English are often heard in the same sentence. (B,D)
Day 4: Wednesday June, 27 (Charlottetown)
Moncton–Charlottetown
Experience Acadian joie de vivre and worldrenowned hospitality as you travel part of the Acadian Coast. Begin your day at the OLIVIER SOAPERY, a living museum of the traditional craft of soap making. For lunch, CRUISE into complete lobster discovery! Learn about the lobster, the fishery, the proper way to cook, observe a cracking demonstration, and finally savor a freshly cooked, mouth-watering lobster lunch on board. Later, cross Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island and travel to Charlottetown, where you will spend the next two nights. This evening, enjoy a lively LOCAL PERFORMANCE in Charlottetown. (B,L)
Day 5: Thursday June, 28 (Charlottetown)
Charlottetown
This morning is at your leisure, or join the Lords and Ladies of Confederation for an historic walking tour of downtown Charlottetown. Afternoon sightseeing includes the literary home of ANNE OF GREEN GABLES, Cavendish Beach, and Rustico Harbour. This evening, savor a traditional Maritime lobster supper. (B,D)
Day 6: Friday June, 29 (Charlottetown)
Charlottetown–Ingonish
Start the day with a short ferry ride to Nova Scotia. Then cross the Canso Causeway to Cape Breton Island. Descendants of French and Scottish settlers, and even Micmac Indians, maintain separate cultural identities in this wonderland of seascapes, forests, and highlands. At Baddeck, visit the fascinating ALExANDER GRAHAM BELL NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE built on the shores of the Bras d’Or Lakes. Spend two nights at the Keltic Lodge Resort and Spa situated high on the cliffs of the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton Highlands National Park. (B,D)
Day 7: Saturday June, 30 (Charlottetown)
Ingonish
Today is yours to relax and enjoy the resort’s outdoor heated pool, beautiful grounds, and tennis courts, or to explore on your own. There are a number of optional activities available, including sea kayaking, golf, hiking, or a whale watching tour. (B,D)
Day 8: Sunday July, 01 (Halifax)
Ingonish–Halifax
Today, enjoy one of the most scenic drives in North America, the Cabot Trail. Magnificent vistas will be pointed out at each turn on this spectacular drive. Visit Cheticamp, a distinct French-speaking village by the sea where the intricate art of rug weaving may be observed. Also visit the GLENORA DISTILLERY, where you’ll catch a glimpse into the fascinating art of creating world-class whiskey. We continue to Halifax, your home for the next two nights. (B,L)
Day 9: Monday July, 02 (Halifax)
Halifax. Peggy’s Cove Excursion
Begin the day with a drive to see Peggy’s Cove, whose village and lighthouse are one of the most photographed seaside settings on the Eastern Seaboard. You’ll also visit the HALIFAx CITADEL NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE and take a stroll through the Halifax Public Gardens. The remainder of the day is free to explore at your leisure. Tonight, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. (B,D)
Day 10: Tuesday July, 03 (Halifax)
Halifax–Evangeline Trail–Bar Harbor
Follow the Evangeline Trail through the Annapolis Valley to Yarmouth at the southern tip of Nova Scotia, where you will board the “CAT” high-speed ferry. Relax in the comfortable reclining lounge seats or view the breathtaking scenery from the panoramic viewing area as you cruise to Bar Harbor, Maine. (B,D)
Day 11: Wednesday July, 04 (Halifax)
Bar Harbor. Acadia National Park Excursion
Today, drive through spectacular ACADIA NATIONAL PARK, with stops at Thunder Hole and atop Cadillac Mountain. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore the beautiful resort village of Bar Harbor. Tonight, enjoy a farewell dinner hosted by your Brennan Tour Director. (B,D)
Day 12: Thursday July, 05 (Halifax)
Bar Harbor–Boston
Drive from Bar Harbor to Boston, arriving at Logan Airport. Please schedule your flight home after 6 p.m. (B)
